The availability of games on the milyun Platform may vary depending on your location, device, and applicable regulatory requirements. milyun reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, milyun will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account. milyun's decision in respect of any technical malfunction shall be final and binding.
milyun reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to: incorrect odds, incorrect game settings, or software errors. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of milyun.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, milyun, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the milyun Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
milyun's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your milyun account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The milyun Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. milyun makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
milyun reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending verification of legitimate play) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

milyun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, milyun will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the milyun Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
